The full policy
What you see is what you pay
Cancelling
Havan & Puja — cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund . By then our team has made arrangements and often travelled, the priest has given his time and travelled to perform it, and the samagri, flowers and puja materials have already been bought. Satsang, Sermon & Meditation — cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled start for a full refund . A hall or venue has been booked and the preacher or teacher has often travelled from far away, which is why these need more notice.
Requesting a refund
Your full name, and the email or phone number you booked with. The event and its scheduled date and time. Your 12-digit UPI transaction number (UTR / UPI reference number).

No automatic refunds for missed attendance
No refunds based on the outcome
Charawa is not refunded
Weather delays
Wrong or duplicate payments
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — for a havan or puja, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; for a satsang, sermon or meditation, cancel at least 3 days before. Cancellations after that window are not refunded, and neither is missing the event.
Is the refund automatic?
No. Email support (@) aumfe.com or use the contact form, and include your 12-digit UPI transaction number so we can locate your payment.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the outcome of my puja, havan or session?
No. The outcome of a puja, havan, satsang, sermon or meditation is a matter of faith and can't be promised or measured. Our pujaris and team perform every ritual sincerely and in full, so we don't give refunds because of how you feel about the result. If we could not perform your ritual, you get a full refund.
Can I get my charawa back or refunded?
No. Charawa (chadhava, vastra, coconut, flowers or dakshina) is offered to the deity during your puja and stays at the temple by tradition, so it is not returned or refunded.
Is a weather delay a reason for a refund?
No. If snow, landslides or heavy rain delay your video or prasad, the ritual has still been performed in your name; we tell you on WhatsApp and email and send the video and prasad as soon as we can.
Where do I find my UPI transaction number?
Open the payment in your UPI app's transaction history (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app), or check your bank's payment SMS. It's the 12-digit UTR / UPI reference number.
