Refunds & Cancellations

What you see is what you pay. Cancel with enough notice — 24 hours for a havan or puja, 3 days for a satsang, sermon or meditation — and we refund you in full.

A brass bowl of coins with a scroll and a lotus — refunds.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the pujas, havans, satsangs, sermons and meditation sessions you book on Aum Fe. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1.What you see is what you pay

The price shown on an event is the full price you pay. There are no tokens, wallets, credits or extra charges added at checkout.

2.Cancelling your booking

Refunds are not automatic, and there are no refunds for cancelling after your event's notice period, or for simply missing it. How much notice you need to give depends on what you booked:

Event type Cancel at least Why we need the notice
Havan & Puja 24 hours before the start By then our team has made arrangements, and often travelled to a remote location; the priest has given his valuable time and travelled to perform it; and the havan samagri, flowers and puja materials have already been bought for you.
Satsang, Sermon & Meditation 3 days before the start A hall or venue has been booked for the gathering or meditation, and the preacher or teacher has often travelled from far away — which is why these need more notice.
No automatic refunds

Cancel within your event's notice period above and you get a full refund of the amount you paid. Cancellations made after that window are not refunded — and neither is simply not showing up.

3.How to request a refund

Refunds are not automatic — you need to send us a request. Email support (@) aumfe.com or use our contact form and include:

  1. Your full name, and the email or phone number you booked with.
  2. The event you booked and its scheduled date and time.
  3. Your 12-digit UPI transaction number (also called the UTR or UPI reference number) for the payment.

The UPI transaction number is how we locate your payment, so we can't process a refund without it. You'll find it in your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app) by opening the payment in your transaction history, and in your bank's payment SMS.

4.How your refund is paid

Once we've located your payment and confirmed your cancellation was made within your event's notice period above, we refund the full amount to the UPI account you paid from. We'll let you know by email when the refund has been sent.

5.If we cancel or can't perform your event

If we cancel your event, or can't perform it, you get a full refund regardless of notice. Send us a request the same way, with your 12-digit UPI transaction number, and we'll refund you.

6.No automatic refunds for missed attendance

For a havan or puja, the ritual and its sankalp are still performed even if you couldn't join, so it is not refunded — your video is sent to you when the ritual finishes. For a satsang, sermon or meditation session, the event still takes place at its scheduled time whether or not you were free to attend, so a missed session is not refunded either — your video is sent to you when it finishes. There are no automatic or partial refunds for missed attendance of any kind.

7.No refunds based on the outcome

The outcome of a puja, havan, satsang, sermon or meditation is a matter of faith. It can't be promised or measured. Our pujaris and team perform every ritual sincerely and in full, so we don't give refunds because of how you feel about the result. If we could not perform your ritual, you get a full refund.

8.Charawa and weather delays

What you offer at the altar — chadhava, vastra, coconut, flowers or dakshina — is given to the deity during your puja. By tradition it stays at the temple, so charawa is not returned or refunded once the puja has been performed.

Many of our temples are high in the Himalayas. Snow, landslides, heavy rain and other natural events can delay your video or prasad. Your ritual has still been performed in your name, so a weather delay is not a reason for a refund. We tell you about any delay on WhatsApp and by email, and send the video and prasad as soon as we can.

9.Shop orders (T-shirts)

The rules above are for events. T-shirts from our shop are different, and these are the rules for them:

  • Printed to order. Each T-shirt is printed to order for you by our print partner and delivered within India, free of shipping charge. Delivery usually takes 5–8 days, and courier delays can happen.
  • GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • No returns, exchanges or cancellations. Printing starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, so we do not take returns or exchanges, or cancel an order, once it is paid. This includes a wrong size chosen or a change of mind.
  • Wrong or damaged item. If we send the wrong item, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. Use “Wrong item? Report it” on your order in My orders, or email support (@) aumfe.com. We then send a replacement, or refund you in full.
  • How a shop refund is paid. We send the refund to the UPI account you paid from and share the 12-digit UPI reference (UTR) with you on WhatsApp and email once it has been sent.

10.Wrong or duplicate payments

If you think you were charged by mistake or paid twice, email support (@) aumfe.com with the 12-digit UPI transaction number for each payment. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it's faster, and we'll sort it out directly.

11.Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
