What does Aum Fe actually do?

Aum Fe arranges havans and pujas for you at remote, peaceful temples in the Himalayas. You pick a ritual and book in your name; our crew travels to the temple, the pujari who serves there performs it, and we film the whole thing. You receive the video, plus dry prasad at your door if you want it.

Which rituals can I book?

Only havans and pujas — positive, benefic rituals for studies, new beginnings, prosperity, health, family, peace and festivals, held at temples of Shiva and Parvati, Vishnu, Ram and Sita, Krishna and the gentle Himalayan Devis.

Do I have to attend in person?

Accepted Answer

No. Each ritual is performed in full, with its sankalp said for every devotee, whether you watch or not. We stream live when the mountain network allows, and you always get the complete video to keep.

Is a puja or a havan better?

Accepted Answer

Neither is better; they suit different occasions. A puja is simpler and well suited to daily or festival worship, while families choose a havan for bigger intentions and life events.

How long does each one last?

Most pujas take 20–60 minutes. Most havans take 60–120 minutes, sometimes longer.

What do I need to sign up on the website?

Accepted Answer

Your name, an email address you can check, and an Indian mobile number (+91) — you'll verify both with a one-time code before your account opens.

Do I get my Aum Fe number when I sign up on the web?

Accepted Answer

No. Web sign-up creates your account; choosing your Aum Fe number and the rest of onboarding happen the first time you open the Aum Fe app.

Why does Aum Fe need my real phone number if it stays confidential?

It's used to verify you're a real person and to secure your account — everyone else only ever sees your Aum Fe number, never your real one.

Which temples do you stay away from?

Any temple known for animal sacrifice, fear-based rituals, or tantric, cult or black-magic practices. We follow gentle, sattvic traditions, so we do not perform rituals for fierce forms such as Kali, Bhairav or Shani.

Can I choose which temple?

Each event happens at the temple named on its page, so choose the event at a temple you feel close to.

What does Aum Fe mean?

Aum (ॐ) is the sacred sound of the East; Fe is the word for faith in Spanish and Portuguese. Aum Fe is a meeting ground for East and West.

Is the app needed to book?

No. Choosing, booking, paying and watching all work in your browser at aumfe.com.

Must I give my gotra or a wish?

Accepted Answer

No. At a public havan or puja the pujari says one sankalp on behalf of every devotee, and the ritual page shows what it is for. All you give when booking is your name.

Do I need to know my gotra?

No. Public havans and pujas do not ask for a gotra; the pujari says one sankalp on behalf of every devotee taking part.

How will I get the video?

It is emailed to you when the ritual ends, and you can download it from My events whenever you like.

How do I get prasad?

Add prasad delivery at checkout and we post it to you after the ritual.

How can I watch my puja or havan?

Our crew films the ritual at the temple and streams it live when the mountain network allows. Once it ends, the full video is emailed to you to download, and it also appears under My events.

Why is my video late?

Accepted Answer

In the mountains, landslides, snowstorms and heavy rain can knock out the network. Our crew films the entire ritual regardless and uploads it once they are back at the studio. We let you know about the delay on WhatsApp and by email.

What if the ritual doesn't take place?

You receive a full refund. Email support (@) aumfe.com with your 12-digit UPI transaction number and we will refund you.

Why has my puja video not arrived?

Many of our temples sit high in the mountains, where landslides, snowstorms and heavy rain can knock the network out for days. Our crew still films the entire ritual and uploads the video once they are back at the studio. We let you know about the delay on WhatsApp and by email.

Why is my prasad taking longer?

Accepted Answer

Weather that cuts the network can also block mountain roads. Your prasad is packed and dispatched as soon as the road and the courier allow. Please allow for rain, snow, landslides and other natural events.

What happens if the live stream stops during my puja?

Hill networks can fail at the temple or at your end. Every ritual is filmed in full, so we send you a link to watch or download the complete video.

Can charawa be returned or refunded?

Accepted Answer

No. Charawa is offered to the deity during your puja and, by tradition, remains at the temple, so it is neither returned nor refunded.

Who carries out my havan or puja?

Accepted Answer

The pujari who serves the temple, a priest who has cared for it for years, often in a family line going back generations. He says the sankalp at the altar for every devotee.

What is the Aum Fe crew's role?

Accepted Answer

The crew travels to the temple, sets up the camera, streams live when the network allows, films the full ritual, and packs and dispatches your prasad.

Does my booking support the temple?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The temple, its pujari and his village receive a fair share of every booking, which helps carry them through the harsh mountain winters.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for a havan or puja, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; for a satsang, sermon or meditation, cancel at least 3 days before. Cancellations after that window are not refunded, and neither is missing the event.

Is the refund automatic?

No. Email support (@) aumfe.com or use the contact form, and include your 12-digit UPI transaction number so we can locate your payment.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the outcome of my puja, havan or session?

Accepted Answer

No. The outcome of a puja, havan, satsang, sermon or meditation is a matter of faith and can't be promised or measured. Our pujaris and team perform every ritual sincerely and in full, so we don't give refunds because of how you feel about the result. If we could not perform your ritual, you get a full refund.

Can I get my charawa back or refunded?

Accepted Answer

No. Charawa (chadhava, vastra, coconut, flowers or dakshina) is offered to the deity during your puja and stays at the temple by tradition, so it is not returned or refunded.

Is a weather delay a reason for a refund?

Accepted Answer

No. If snow, landslides or heavy rain delay your video or prasad, the ritual has still been performed in your name; we tell you on WhatsApp and email and send the video and prasad as soon as we can.

Where do I find my UPI transaction number?

Accepted Answer

Open the payment in your UPI app's transaction history (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app), or check your bank's payment SMS. It's the 12-digit UTR / UPI reference number.

Who do I email to report abuse or unsafe content?

support (@) aumfe.com, or use the in-app report tool. If support has not resolved your complaint, escalate it to our Nodal Officer, Depika Singh, at grievance (@) aumfe.com — see our Grievance Redressal page.

How fast will a formal grievance be acknowledged?

Within 48 hours of receipt, with a resolution within 7–10 working days depending on the nature of the grievance.

Is my account deleted the moment I tap Delete?

Accepted Answer

No — deletion is scheduled 30 days out. Your account and data stay untouched until the grace period ends, unless you cancel it first.

How do I cancel a deletion I've already started?

Accepted Answer

Just sign back in before the 30 days are up — Aum Fe will show you the grace period is running and offer to reactivate your account.

Can I get things purged sooner, or check they were actually removed?
