These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aum Fe websites, apps, and services (the "Services"), provided by the Aum Fe founding team ("Aum Fe", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1.Who we are, and where we are in our journey
Aum Fe is built and operated by a small team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Please read section 11 (Disclaimers) and section 12 (Limitation of liability) carefully.
2.Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and meet any minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
3.Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including no illegal activity, harassment, infringement, spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.
5.Payments, payouts & fees
Some features let you earn or spend money. Payments and payouts are handled by third-party processors subject to their terms. Applicable fees, revenue shares, and taxes are your responsibility where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
If a payment is taken from you in error, tell us at support (@) aumfe.com and we will return it. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
6.Shop orders (T-shirts)
Aum Fe also sells T-shirts in our shop. These rules apply to every shop order, on top of the rest of these Terms.
- Printed to order. Each T-shirt is printed to order for you by our print partner. That is why the size and design you choose cannot be changed once you have paid.
- India only, free delivery. We deliver within India and nowhere else. Delivery is free: the price you see already includes shipping. It usually takes 5–8 days, and courier delays can happen.
- GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout on the price (after any coupon), and you see the full total before you pay.
- Paying. You pay by UPI. Your order is confirmed when we match your payment, and we then send your receipt on WhatsApp and email.
- No returns, exchanges or cancellations. Printing starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is paid. This includes a wrong size chosen or a change of mind.
- Wrong or damaged item. If we send the wrong item, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. Use “Wrong item? Report it” on your order in My orders, or email support (@) aumfe.com. We then send a replacement, or refund you in full to the UPI account you paid from.

7.Artificial intelligence — important disclaimer
Aum Fe is an AI-centric product, and some features and content are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unreliable, and Aum Fe is not responsible or liable for decisions you make based on them. Always use your own judgment and verify important information independently.
We have made our best efforts to use imagery generated by AI responsibly. If you come across any image or content on Aum Fe that you find objectionable, please tell us at support (@) aumfe.com and we will review and remove it. Any such inclusion was not intentional.
8.Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9.Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Aum Fe or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding except as needed to use the Services.
10.Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and our community. Some provisions survive termination.
11.Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Aum Fe is an evolving product: features may change or be withdrawn with notice.
Rituals are performed at temples in the Himalayas, where snow, landslides, heavy rain and other natural events are part of life. They can interrupt live streaming, delay the delivery of your video or prasad, or, rarely, force us to reschedule. We will tell you about any such delay on WhatsApp and by email. If we cannot perform your ritual at all, you get a full refund as set out in our Refund policy.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aum Fe, its founders and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
13.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aum Fe and its founders harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local mandatory consumer-protection laws apply to you. Our contracting entity is Aum Fe.
15.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
